    🛍️ Returns:
    We stand by our unique creations 100%. If, for any reason, your hand-made wearable art doesn't leave you absolutely thrilled, we'd love to make it right. You can return it, and we'll provide you with a 100% store credit refund for the purchase price of your order (amount paid before shipping and after any discounts). Please note: We won't do cash refunds. Instead, we'll issue digital gift cards for store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 🚚❌

    🔄 Exchanges:
    Ordered the wrong size? No worries! We're happy to exchange it for a different size. However, exchanges for different items or designs are not accepted. Contact us at help@dopemindus.com within 15 days of receiving your order for return/exchange inquiries and get instructions for handling your item(s). Items eligible for returns/exchanges must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered. You'll be responsible for return postage on all returns and exchanges. Store credit will be issued once the returned items are back with DOPE MIND US®

    🚫 Note:
    Items not eligible for returns include face masks, swimsuits, and bodysuits.

    🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
    Received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item? No problem! Email us at help@dopemindus.com within 15 days of receiving your order, and we'll sort it out immediately.

    🚀 Cancellations:
    Due to our print-on-demand process, we can't cancel orders once placed. You have 15 days after fulfillment to return or exchange your item. To initiate a return or get more info, simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us at help@dopemindus.com. If you've ordered the wrong size and need a new size ASAP, go ahead and order the correct size now, and we'll refund you when we receive the incorrect size item. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make your experience seamless.

    📷 For Defective Items:
    Please email us photo evidence within 5 days of receiving your items.

    🚚 Shipping Costs:
    If the return is due to an error of ours, we will accept responsibility for the shipping costs related to the return. If the return is not due to an error of ours, the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.

    📦 Include a Printed Copy:
    Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists the items that were ordered.

    🌐 International Orders:
    Unfortunately, returns and exchanges only apply to domestic orders. International exchanges are exempt.
