The crafting process starts as soon as your order is placed, and typically takes 5-21 business days before your item is ready to ship. Standard shipping takes 5-15 business days and express shipping takes 3-5 business days. You have 1 hr after your purchase to cancel your order. After 1 hr, your order will be sent to production and cannot be canceled or changed. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50.
